During my stay, I found multiple hairs on the duvet and surfaces, indicating a serious lapse in cleanliness. The location was also quite a trek from the nearest subway station, and the hilly path made lugging my bags an arduous task. Additionally, the breakfast quality left much to be desired, as some items appeared expired and choices were limited.

I had a really good experience with the front staff. They were very courteous, like when I traveled with an injury, and they helped me a lot. The cleaning crew does a solid job, they care about their work, you can tell. The breakfast was plentiful with many Asian options, which I surprisingly enjoyed.

I had a great stay at the Lotte Guro City Hotel for 8 nights during my recent work trip to Seoul. The hotel's location near the Guro Digital Complex Station was really convenient. The area was lively with plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby. My Standard Double Room was clean and spacious, with lovely wood detailing and cozy bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom featured a strong shower, which I appreciated after long days of meetings. I enjoyed the small gym and the access to a coin laundry, which was a lifesaver. One standout moment was when I accidentally left my passport at the hotel. The staff quickly arranged for it to be delivered to me just in time for my flight, showcasing their exceptional customer service. However, there were a few issues. The breakfast offered more Asian options than Western, which might not suit everyone's tastes. The breakfast choices could be expanded, especially for those looking for more variety. Also, while the staff was helpful, the overall cleanliness of the common areas could be improved as I noticed some dust accumulation, particularly on light fixtures. Still, I would definitely consider staying here again due to the staff's attentiveness and the overall comfort of my room.

The Standard Double Room was comfy with nice amenities like air conditioning, a bidet, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the fitness centre for a good workout and the key card being a cool wooden design. The shower pressure was solid and the bathrobe was a nice touch. Overall, it felt very homey.

Rooms are modern and equipped with great amenities. The beds ensure a comfortable sleep. However, the surrounding area is a bit far from the subway, which might be inconvenient for those relying on public transportation.

Shoutout to the comfy beds and the super clean room! Loved the great location near restaurants and subway stations. Enjoyed working out in their nice fitness facility and found my stay very enjoyable during my solo trip!
